1. Digital Products & Resources (Instant Delivery)
- Most of our resources (such as guides, templates, e-books, or downloadable files) are digital products.
- Delivery Time: Digital items are delivered instantly. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a download link via email and/or on your account dashboard.
- If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
2. Services & Consultations / Events
- For bookings related to Services, Consultations, Tutoring, or Events (Upcoming Events / Calendar of Events):
- No physical shipping is required.
- Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email containing all details, meeting links, schedule, or entry passes.
3. Physical Products
- Processing & Shipping Time: All physical orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
